Ingredients

  • tablespoon cornmeal yellow
  • 1.5 teaspoons seasoning italian
  • 0.3 cup water hot
  • tablespoon olive oil 
  • 0.3 cup basil pesto refrigerated
  • medium tomatoes cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • oz mozzarella cheese fresh shredded cut into 1/4-inch slices) mozzarella cheese
  • oz bacon diced crumbled cooked sliced
  • 0.3 cup basil fresh
  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 1.5 cups frangelico

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray; sprinkle with cornmeal.
  2. In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, Italian seasoning, hot water and oil until soft dough forms.
  3. Place on surface lightly sprinkled with additional Bisquick mix; knead until smooth. Press dough in pizza pan.
  4. Bake 10 minutes.
  5. Spread pesto over warm crust. Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella in circle on top of pesto, overlapping tomato and cheese slices.
  6. Bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  7. Sprinkle with pancetta and basil.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
