Directions

  1. Thread tomatoes, basil leaves, and mozzarella cheese cubes alternately onto 10 (6-inch) wooden skewers.
  2. Place skewers on a serving platter.

  4. Drizzle vinegar mixture evenly over skewers, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve.
