Ingredients

  • 15  caramels kraft
  • cups marshmallows jet-puffed miniature
  • cups milk 
  • cup extra rice long-grain white uncooked
  • tsp vanilla 
  • 1.5 cups water

  • broiler

Directions

  1. Bring water and rice to boil in large saucepan; cover. Simmer on low heat 15 min.
  2. Stir in milk; cook; uncovered, 25 min. or until rice is tender, stirring frequently. (Do not overcook.
  3. Mixture should resemble thick cooked oatmeal.)
  4. Add caramels; cook 5 min. or until melted, stirring frequently. Stir in vanilla.
  5. Pour into 2-qt. casserole; top with marshmallows.
  6. Heat broiler. Broil pudding, 6 inches from heat, 3 to 5 min. or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  7. Serve immediately.
