  • 0.1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • 4.5 cups onions divided sliced
  • 0.5 cup greek yogurt plain 2% reduced-fat ()
  • 0.5 teaspoon red-wine vinegar 
  • teaspoon sugar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
