  • tablespoons balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black
  • cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • teaspoon basil dried
  •  garlic cloves minced
  • cups cut green beans (1-inch) ( 1 pound)
  • cups onion thinly sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano dried
  • ounce parmesan cheese fresh grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Cook beans in boiling water 3 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse under cold water; set aside.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat.
  5. Add onion and next 4 ingredients (onion through pepper); saute 8 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Stir in vinegar, basil, and oregano; cook 2 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Arrange beans in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Top with onion mixture. Arrange tomatoes on top of onion mixture, and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes or until the cheese is lightly browned.
