  • cup brown sugar dark packed ()
  • servings brown sugar-ginger ice cream 
  •  pineapple cored peeled halved lengthwise cut lengthwise into 9 wedges
  • tablespoons coconut or sweetened flaked toasted

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Line large baking sheet with foil. Arrange pineapple wedges side by side in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
