3 lbs meat from a rotisserie chicken (broiler or fryer)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
0.5 teaspoon ground pepper red (cayenne)
2 tablespoons juice of lime
1 teaspoon onion powder
0.5 teaspoon thyme leaves dried

Directions
Preheat grill to medium heat.2 Trim and discard excess fat from chicken.3
Mix seasonings in small bowl until well blended; stir in lime juice to form paste. 4 Rub evenly onto the chicken.5
Place chicken, skin side up, on grill; cover grill with lid. 6 Grill 15 min.; turn over. 7
Brush with 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce. 8 Grill an additional 10 min.; turn over. 9
Brush with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. 10 Continue grilling 5 minute or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 170°F or until juices run clear).
