Ingredients

  • 1.3 cups fruit 
  • cups peaches fresh diced peeled
  • medium bell pepper red chopped
  • cup onion red sliced
  • cups the salad mixed
  • 0.3 cup blackened seasoning 
  • pounds chicken breast halves boneless skinless cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Place chicken in heavy-duty resealable plastic food-storage bag.
