  • oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup cream sour
  • 6.3 oz taco seasoning 
  • 15 oz black beans rinsed drained well canned
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.5 cup mangos chopped
  • tablespoons cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • teaspoons jalapeno finely chopped
  • serving tortilla chips plain

Directions
