  •  bell pepper green chopped
  • tsp ground ginger 
  • cups rice white instant uncooked
  • Tbsp oil 
  •  onion chopped
  • 14 oz pineapple chunks in juice undrained canned
  • lb pork tenderloin cut into chunks
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min.
  3. Add carrots and onions; cook 5 min. or until meat is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to boil; cover.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork before serving.
