- 1 bell pepper green chopped
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups rice white instant uncooked

- 1 onion chopped
- 14 oz pineapple chunks in juice undrained canned
- 1 lb pork tenderloin cut into chunks
- 1.5 cups water
