  • 2.5 cups carrots shredded
  • cups celery stalks sliced
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • 0.7 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup vinegar white
  • teaspoons salt 
  • teaspoon celery seed 
  • teaspoons cornstarch 
  • teaspoons water cold

  5. Spoon relish into container. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 3 weeks.
