- 1.5 pounds carrots shredded
- 2 tablespoons chives chopped
- 1 teaspoon pepper red crushed
- 0.5 cup mayonnaise
- 0.3 cup pineapple chunks canned drained
- 1 cup raisins

- 0.3 cup sugar
