  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • 0.5 cup butter melted
  • pound carrots peeled chopped
  • large eggs lightly beaten
  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  2. Drain.
