Get ready to indulge in the ultimate dairy-free dessert with these Cashew-Caramel Brownies! This recipe is a game-changer for those seeking a decadent treat without any dairy. With a few simple ingredients and easy-to-follow steps, you'll be enjoying a batch of these mouthwatering brownies in no time.
The star of this recipe is the Betty Delights Supreme Triple Chunk Brownie Mix, which serves as the perfect base for our brownie creation. But what sets these brownies apart is the addition of chopped salted roasted cashews and a Milky candy bar. The cashews add a delightful crunch and a hint of saltiness, while the candy bar creates a gooey caramel surprise in every bite. It's a match made in dessert heaven!
The preparation process is straightforward. You'll start by preheating your oven and lining a pan with foil for easy removal. Then, it's time to mix the brownie batter, adding in the chopped cashews and candy bar for that extra layer of flavor. Once the batter is ready, spread it evenly in the pan and sprinkle with more cashews for a beautiful presentation.
After baking to perfection, the brownies will cool down, revealing a fudgy texture and a heavenly aroma. Cutting them into squares will showcase the caramel swirls and cashew chunks, making each bite an explosion of flavors. With a calorie count of 186 per serving, these brownies are a delightful treat without compromising on taste.
