  • 1.5 pounds farm-raised catfish fillets cut into 1 1/2- to 2-inch pieces
  • 1.5 teaspoons garlic powder 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • servings lemon wedges 
  • cup hellmann's real mayonnaise 
  • tablespoon milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • Dash liquid from peppers in vinegar hot
  • tablespoons mustard yellow

Directions

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients. Spoon 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture into a shallow bowl or pie plate. Cover and chill remaining mayonnaise mixture.
  2. Stir together cereal, garlic powder, and salt until blended.
  3. Dip fish into 1/2 cup mayonnaise mixture in pie plate, coating both sides; dredge in cereal mixture.
  4. Place fish on a lightly greased wire rack in a jelly-roll pan.
  5. Bake at 450 for 14 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  6. Serve with remaining mayonnaise mixture and lemon wedges.
