- 20 ounce cauliflower florets ( 6 cups)
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2.7 ounces cream cheese light tub-style

Directions
- Place cauliflower in a large saucepan; steam, covered, 20 minutes or until very tender.
- Drain.
- Melt butter in same pan over medium-low heat.
