  •  cedar plank 
  • teaspoons creole seasoning 
  • tablespoon cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup horseradish fresh grated
  • slices garnish: of citrus fruit 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • teaspoon lemon rind minced
  • teaspoon olive oil 
  • tablespoons orange juice fresh
  • teaspoon orange rind minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoons sugar 
  • 20 ounce trout

Directions

  1. Soak plank in water to cover 1 hour; drain.
  2. Stir together horseradish and next 7 ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Rub plank with olive oil.
  4. Place fillets on plank; sprinkle with Creole seasoning. Top each fillet with horseradish mixture.
  5. Bake at 400 for 14 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
  6. Serve with Butter Sauce, and garnish, if desired.
