Ingredients

  • 2.5 ounces cheese blue crumbled
  • cup catsup 
  • teaspoons celery salt 
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup juice of lemon 
  • cups olive oil 
  • large onion grated
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup sugar 
  • 0.5 cup vinegar 
  • cup water 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper white

Directions

  1. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan; bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Stir in lemon juice; boil an additional 5 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat; let cool. Stir in vinegar.
  3. Transfer mixture to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Gradually add oil, beating constantly.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; beat until thickened and well blended. Cover; refrigerate.
