  • 0.3 cup brown sugar packed
  •  chai spiced tea bags 
  • 0.5 cup creme de cassis 
  • 0.5 cup creme de cassis orange-flavored
  • 0.5 cup milk 
  • tablespoon vanilla 
  • cups water hot
