  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper black freshly ground

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom

  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon ground ginger 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar 
  • 24 oz semi chocolate chips 
  • 0.8 cup whipping cream

Directions

  1. Bring whipping cream, 1 tsp. ground cardamom, ground ginger, 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper to a boil over medium-high heat; remove from heat.
  2. Add semisweet chocolate morsels, and stir until melted.
  3. Pour into a lightly greased 11- x 7-inch baking dish. Chill 2 hours.
  4. Remove from refrigerator, and let stand 20 minutes. Shape into 1-inch balls (about 2 tsp. per ball).
  5. Whisk together cocoa, powdered sugar, 2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper, 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon, 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom, and kosher salt in a shallow dish.
  6. Roll balls in cocoa mixture. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
