  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped

  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground ginger 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  •  lemon wedges 
  • teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt 
  • 36 ounce swordfish steaks thick ()

Directions

  1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add fish to bag; seal and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  3. Prepare grill.
  4. Remove fish from bag; discard marinade.
  5. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  6. Place fish on a grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.
  7. Serve with lemon wedges.
