  • 0.8 cup barbecue sauce 
  •  skin-on chicken drumsticks 
  •  chicken thighs 
  • tablespoons cider vinegar 
  • 0.5 cup grape jelly 
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce low-sodium
  • 1.3 pounds skinned 
  • 1.5 pounds skinned

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 40 minutes or until sauce measures 1 cup, stirring often.
  3. Place chicken on rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Preheat broiler.
  7. Turn chicken; brush with 1/3 cup sauce. Broil 3 minutes. Repeat procedure 2 times or until glazed.
