  • pound potatoes red
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • medium vidalia sweet cut into 1/4-inch-thick wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Pierce potatoes with a fork; arrange on paper towels in microwave oven. Microwave at high for 5 to 6 minutes, turning once.
  3. Let stand 1 minute.
