  • 64 fluid ounce chicken broth 
  • cups rice instant uncooked
  • small onion chopped
  • ounces processed cheese food shredded
  • servings salt and pepper to taste
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • pound chicken breast halves boneless skinless chopped
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions
