  • 1.5 teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • tablespoon butter cut into small pieces
  • 4.5 ounce chilis green drained chopped canned
  • 12 ounce curd cottage cheese 
  • 16 ounce cream cheese cubed
  • large eggs 
  • 0.8 cup flour all-purpose
  • 24 ounce monterrey jack cheese cubed
  • ounce pimientos diced drained
  • 0.8 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Whisk together eggs and salt in a large bowl; add cheeses and butter.
  2. Whisk flour and baking powder into cheese mixture.
  3. Add green chiles and pimiento.
  4. Pour into a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
  6. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
