  • cup black beans canned rinsed drained
  • cups rice white instant uncooked
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded divided kraft
  • lb chicken breast boneless skinless cut into strips
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Cook and stir chicken in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. Stir in rice, barbecue sauce and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
  3. Add beans and 1 cup of the cheese; mix lightly.
  4. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Cook until cheese is melted.
