  • 0.5 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • pound turkey sausage italian
  • cups milk 2% reduced-fat
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded extra-sharp reduced-fat
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder 
  • cups herb-seasoned stuffing mix (such as Pepperidge Farm)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 32
  2. Remove casings from sausage. Cook sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring to crumble.
  3. Drain.
  4. Place sausage in a large bowl; add stuffing mix, tossing to combine.
  5. Place stuffing mixture in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  6. Drizzle stuffing mixture with broth and butter; sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Combine milk and remaining ingredients, stirring with a whisk; pour milk mixture over stuffing mixture.
  8. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until set.
  9. Let casserole stand 5 minutes before serving.
