  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup undiluted canned
  • cups rice long grain cooked

  •  eggs 
  • 0.5 pound mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.5 pound mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.5 cup spring onion chopped
  • cup milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded divided

Directions

  1. Combine rice and broccoli; spoon into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet, saute mushrooms in butter until tender.
  3. Remove from the heat.
