  • tablespoon bottled garlic minced
  • cups meat from a rotisserie chicken frozen thawed cooked chopped
  • teaspoons penzey's southwest seasoning dried italian
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded divided reduced-fat
  • cup onion frozen chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces pasta like spaghetti uncooked
  • 29 ounce stewed tomatoes undrained chopped canned
  • tablespoon worcestershire sauce low-sodium

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat.
  3. Drain.
  4. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; place over medium-high heat until hot.

  6. Add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, seasoning, and salt; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in 1 cup cheese, cooked spaghetti, and chicken. Spoon into a 3-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
  7. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
