Ingredients

  • 15 oz kidney beans rinsed canned
  • 15 oz tomato sauce canned
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes diced undrained canned
  • 1.5 cups four cheese shredded with a touch of philadelphia mexican style kraft
  • Tbsp chili powder 
  • 0.3 tsp pepper red crushed
  • lb extra-lean ground beef 
  • 0.5 tsp ground cumin 
  •  pepper and onion green chopped

Directions

  1. Brown meat in large saucepan on medium heat; drain.
  2. Add peppers, onions and seasonings; cook 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese; mix well. Cover; simmer on low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve topped with cheese.
