  • cup chipotle cheese shredded kraft
  • 0.5 tsp chipotle chile pepper powder 
  •  eggs 
  • 0.3 tsp garlic powder 
  •  green onions cut into thin slices
  • Tbsp honey 
  •  jicama peeled cut into matchlike sticks
  • 0.5 cup panko bread crumbs 
  • 0.3 cup classic ranch dressing kraft
  •  bell pepper red cut into thin strips
  • lb shrimp with tails left on, deveined uncooked peeled

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings in medium bowl. Cover baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Beat egg in shallow dish; dip shrimp, 1 at a time, in egg, then in cheese mixture, turning to evenly coat each shrimp.
  3. Place on prepared baking sheet. Discard any unused cheese mixture.
  4. Bake 20 min. or until shrimp are tender and golden brown.
  5. Combine vegetables in medium bowl.
  6. Mix dressing and honey.
  7. Add to vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
  8. Serve with shrimp.
