  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder 
  • 2.7 cups rice white hot instant cooked
  • lb ground beef lean
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded divided kraft
  • 0.5 cup heinz tomato ketchup divided

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix meat, 2/3 cup cheese, 1/4 cup ketchup and garlic powder; shape into 12 balls.
  3. Place, 4-inches apart, on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; flatten each into 1/2-inch-thick patty.
  4. Bake 15 min. or until done (160F); drain.
  5. Spread patties with remaining ketchup. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
  6. Serve over rice.
