Directions

  1. Boil potatoes. When cooked, drain and mash potatoes.
  2. Place in oven proof bowl.
  3. Add 1/2 cup mayonnaise or vegenaise.
  4. Add chopped soy cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until browning starts.
