  • slices oscar mayer bacon crumbled cooked
  • 2.5 lb baking potatoes cooled
  • Tbsp butter melted
  • Tbsp green onions sliced
  • Tbsp pasilla peppers red chopped
  • oz velveetaâ cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • oz velveetaâ cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Cut potatoes lengthwise in half; scoop out centers, leaving 1/4-inch-thick shells. (Refrigerate removed potato centers for another use.)
  3. Cut shells crosswise in half.
  4. Place, skin sides down, on baking sheet; brush with butter.
  5. Bake 20 to 25 min. or until crisp and golden brown.
  6. Fill shells with VELVEETA; continue baking until VELVEETA begins to melt.
  7. Top with remaining ingredients.
