  • oz philadelphia cream cheese ()
  • 1.3 cups chicken broth fat-free reduced-sodium
  • Tbsp parsley fresh chopped
  • cup rice white instant uncooked
  • Tbsp 1 tbsp. kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • Tbsp onions chopped
  • Tbsp parmesan cheese shredded kraft
  •  plum tomatoes chopped

Equipment

Directions

  1. Heat dressing in small saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions; cook and stir 3 min. or until tender.
  3. Stir in rice, broth and tomatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 min.
  4. Add cheeses and parsley; stir until blended.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand, covered, 5 min. before serving.
