Ingredients

  • ounces soup noodles uncooked (mini-lasagna noodle)
  • cup corn whole frozen
  • 0.3 cup olives ripe sliced
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.5 cup spring onion sliced
  • 0.5 cup roma tomatoes chopped (plum)
  • 16 ounces double cream 
  • ounces liquid smoke frozen cooked
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Spray rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches, with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  2. Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Spoon into baking dish.
  3. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
