  • ounces chicken breast frozen cooked
  • ounces monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • cup corn whole frozen
  • 0.3 cup cilantro leaves fresh chopped
  • 0.5 cup spring onion sliced
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup olives ripe sliced
  • ounces soup noodles uncooked (mini-lasagna noodle)
  • 16 ounces pasta sauce 
  • 0.5 cup roma tomatoes chopped (plum)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 35
  2. Spray rectangular baking dish, 11x7x1 1/2 inches, with cooking spray. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
  3. Mix pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese in large bowl. Spoon into baking dish.
  4. Cover and bake 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Bake uncovered 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly.
