Ingredients

  • ounce tuna drained canned
  • 11 ounce condensed cream of cheddar cheese soup canned
  • 12 ounce extra wide egg noodles 
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper green chopped
  • servings ground pepper black to taste
  • 0.3 cup seasoned bread crumbs italian
  • 0.3 cup milk 
  • 0.3 cup onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to boil; place noodles in water and bring to boil again. Cook until al dente; drain well.
  3. While noodles are cooking saute in a medium size saucepan vegetable oil, onion, green and red bell peppers.
  4. Saute until tender.
  5. Pour soup, tuna, milk, salt and black pepper into the saucepan.
  6. Mix well over medium-low heat.
  7. Fold the noodles into the saucepan.
  8. Pour entire mixture into a 2 quart casserole.
  9. Sprinkle bread crumbs over the mixture.
  10. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until the top is crisp and golden brown.
