  • oz four cheese shredded mexican style divided kraft finely
  • 6-inch corn tortillas cut in half ()
  • 0.8 cup knudsen cream sour
  •  eggs beaten
  • oz oscar mayer baked ham cooked chopped
  • Tbsp oil 
  •  onion chopped
  •  bell pepper green red chopped
  • 0.5 cup taco bellâ® & chunky salsa thick

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat.
  3. Add ham, peppers and onions; cook 5 to 7 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in salsa. Beat eggs and sour cream with whisk until blended.
  5. Arrange 6 tortilla halves on bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  6. Spread half the vegetable mixture over tortillas; cover with half the egg mixture and 1/2 cup cheese. Repeat all layers starting with tortillas. Top with remaining tortillas.
  7. Let stand 5 min.
  8. Bake 25 min. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
