  • 0.3 cup balsamic vinegar 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper black divided
  • teaspoons bottled garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup smucker's cherry preserves 
  • teaspoons rosemary dried
  • ounce lamb loin chops trimmed
  • 0.5 cup less-sodium beef broth fat-free
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray.
