  • ounce feta cheese cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 12  kalamata olives pitted halved lengthwise
  • tablespoons olive oil extra virgin extra-virgin for drizzling
  • 0.5 teaspoon oregano fresh chopped
  • tablespoon shallots minced
