  • 20  caramel candies 
  • large eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour gluten-free
  • tablespoons milk 
  • 1.5 cups old-fashioned rolled oats gluten-free
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup butter unsalted softened
  • 0.8 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 32
  2. Beat butter and brown sugar with a mixer at medium speed until creamy.
