  • cups almonds 
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.3 cup candied ginger finely chopped
  • cup fruit dried chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
  • teaspoon ground coriander 
  • teaspoon ground cumin 
  • tablespoons honey 
  • teaspoon mint leaves dried
  • teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt 
  • cups wheat chex (or combination)

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 250F.
  2. In ungreased large roasting pan, melt butter in oven. Stir in seasonings. Stir in cereal and almonds until evenly coated.
  3. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Stir in dried fruits and ginger.
  4. Drizzle with honey. Cool completely, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
