This recipe is a delightful twist on the classic chicken dish, featuring a unique blend of flavors that will tantalize your taste buds. The star of the show is, of course, the chicken breast – tender, juicy, and packed with protein. But it's the coating of crushed cornflakes, infused with dried dill, garlic powder, and a hint of lemon juice that truly sets this dish apart. The mayonnaise-based marinade not only adds a creamy texture but also binds the crumbs to the chicken, resulting in a golden-brown crust that's irresistible.

Baking the chicken in the oven ensures it's cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a moist, flavorful interior. And with a caloric breakdown that leans heavily towards protein and healthy fats, this dish is both satisfying and nutritious. Whether you're a fan of classic comfort food or looking to try something new, Chicken a la Mayo is sure to become a staple in your recipe collection. So grab your ingredients, preheat that oven, and get ready to impress your family and friends with this delectable dish!
