  • 12.4 ounces oats long-grain wild
  • cups water 
  • slices ham cut into 1-inch strips thin
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast (not breaded)
  • 16 ounces mozzarella cheese 
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika 
  • ounces swiss cheese shredded finely
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Spray rectangular baking dish, 13x9x2 inches, with
  2. cooking spray.
  3. Mix rice, contents of seasoning packets and water in baking dish.
  4. Place ham over rice.
  5. Place chicken tenders over ham. Spoon pasta sauce over each
  6. chicken tender; sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake 40 minutes. Uncover and bake about 20
  8. minutes longer or until rice is tender and chicken is no longer pink in center.
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Sprinkle with parsley.
