  •  purple onion cut into strips
  •  bell peppers red cut into strips

  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Pour oil around top of preheated wok, coating sides; heat at medium-high (32

  3. Add chicken, and stir-fry 2 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Add water and vegetables, stirring gently. Cover and cook, stirring once, 8 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  5. Add sauce, and stir-fry 2 minutes.
  6. Serve over rice.
