Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups celery thinly sliced
  • lb gala apple thinly sliced
  • oz gouda cheese smoked shredded
  • servings dijon honey mustard 
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • cup pecans salted
  • small onion red halved sliced
  • cups chicken shredded cooked
  • oz spring mix of spinach 
  • cup cranberries dried sweetened

Directions

  1. Toss apple slices with lemon juice.
  2. Layer salad greens, apples, chicken, and next 5 ingredients in a large glass bowl.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 8 hours. Toss salad with 1/4 cup Honey-Mustard Dressing just before serving.
  4. Serve with remaining dressing.
  5. Note: We tested with Fresh Express 50/50 Spring
  6. Mix and Baby Spinach.
