Ingredients

  • slices oscar mayer bacon chopped
  • lb broccoli sliced
  • 15 oz pinto beans drained canned
  • cups rice hot cooked
  • Tbsp cornstarch 
  • tsp pepper red crushed
  • medium onion sliced cut in half
  •  bell pepper red cut into thin strips
  • 0.3 cup planters roasted peanuts dry
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into thin strips
  • 0.3 cup soya sauce

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat until completely browned.
  2. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  3. Add chicken to skillet; cook 2 to 3 min. or until cooked through, stirring constantly.
  4. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  5. Add onions to skillet; cook 3 to 4 min. until crisp-tender.
  6. Add broccoli, bell peppers, beans and crushed red pepper; cover. Cook 5 min. until vegetables are tender.
  7. Combine soy sauce and cornstarch in small bowl; add to skillet with chicken. Bring to boil; cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Stir in cooked bacon and peanuts.
  8. Serve over hot cooked rice.
