- 0.3 tsp pepper black
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 0.5 cup carrots diagonally sliced
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 cups brown rice instant uncooked
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
- 0.5 bell pepper red cut into strips
- 0.8 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips
- 0.5 cup baby squash yellow sliced

- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
- Add broth, vegetables and black pepper; stir. Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
- Remove from heat.
