  • 0.3 tsp pepper black
  • cup broccoli florets 
  • 0.5 cup carrots diagonally sliced
  • 1.5 cups chicken broth 
  • cloves garlic minced
  • cups brown rice instant uncooked
  • Tbsp oil 
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 0.5  bell pepper red cut into strips
  • 0.8 lb chicken breasts boneless skinless cut into strips
  • 0.5 cup baby squash yellow sliced

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
  3. Add broth, vegetables and black pepper; stir. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice. Return to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min. Stir in cheese.
