  • teaspoons creole seasoning 
  • teaspoons olive oil 
  • 0.5 cup onion frozen chopped
  • cups chunky pasta sauce 
  • cup pepper stir-fry frozen chopped
  • 3.5 ounce boil-in-bag rice long-grain
  • 0.5 cup water
